Hoop4Adam Family Fun Day
We’re pleased to invite you to celebrate the memory of our dear friend Adam Krief Z”L by taking part in the Hoop 4 Adam 3-on-3 Basketball tournament and a day of Family fun in the sun.
There will be 24 three person teams in a double-elimination tournament (with each team guaranteed 2 games). The game will be played on an indoor hardwood basketball court presided by referees. All tournament participants will be given a Hoop 4 Adam Basketball game jersey which they can keep. A special prize will be given to the winning team!
Family Fun
Bring the whole family along for a day of fun in the sun. We will have plenty of activities for children and adults of all ages! Kosher food will be available for purchase.
Navigating our obstacle course, jumping on the moon bounce, getting your face painted, enjoying magic, playing with puppies, and building shabbat kits are just some of the entertainment we have in store for you. It’s sure to be a great time for the whole family!
Unity Concert
Sing along to the sounds of Elan Atias, former lead singer of The Wailers, has toured the world sharing some classic Bob Marley songs infused with his own Moroccan/Jewish vibes. This important social, environmental, and love conscious message resonates well with our event which we are hosting to celebrate life, family, community and of course Basketball as did our dear friend Adam Krief, Z”L every single day!
Blood Drive
City of Hope played an instrumental role during Adam’s medical treatment. They have partnered with Hope4Adam on numerous occasions to serve the Los Angeles community and bring their mobile blood drive to many of our events. Please CLICK HERE to sign up for a slot to donate blood (doing so takes approximately 15-20 minutes). Gift of Life will also be on site offering swab kits to add yourself to the Bone Marrow Registry.

About The Event
Come celebrate the memory of our dear friend Adam Krief Z”L by taking part in a day of fun with your community. The Hoop 4 Adam Basketball tournament will be played indoors while activities for children and adults are enjoyed on under the sun. This will be a memorable event you won’t forget!
Entry to the basketball tournament can be done below by purchasing a ticket, however, the outdoor family event is free of charge to all, as is watching the tournament. We look forward to seeing you there!

The Basketball tournament will be played on Shalhevet’s indoor hardwood basketball court. Food Vendors, activities, and festivities of all kinds will take place on Shalhevet’s campus.
